Can you stamp the drawings for a permit?
No. I prepare the calculations and drawings for your registered engineer to review and sign. If your project needs a stamp, please confirm you have an engineer of record before ordering.
Which software do you use?
Carrier HAP, TRACE 700 and Elite CHVAC for loads, DesignBuilder for energy models, and Revit or AutoCAD for drawings.
Do you do ACCA Manual J?
I can run residential loads to ACCA methods using Elite CHVAC, but I am not ACCA-listed. If your permit office needs output from ACCA-approved software, tell me before ordering.
Do you work on Australian projects?
Yes, including ducted and VRF systems for Australian homes, townhouses and apartments, as well as commercial fit-outs.
What do I need to send?
Plans with dimensions, wall, roof and window details, the project location, how each space is used, and the type of system you prefer.
