I will build a rag ai chatbot that answers only from your documents and pdfs

About this gig
I will build a multi source RAG system from documents, pages, and a database.
GIG DESCRIPTION:
A real RAG chatbot reads your documents and answers only from them. It does not guess and it does not pull from general model knowledge. Most chatbot gigs right now are no code wrappers with nothing real behind them. I build the actual retrieval pipeline.
I use OpenAI embeddings, a vector database, and proper chunking so every answer is grounded in your real content. PDFs, Word docs, website pages, FAQs, product catalogs, internal wikis, whatever it needs to know.
I built this exact system for a live AI support platform with real concurrent users, so this is not my first build. I know where RAG breaks, bad chunking, weak retrieval, made up answers, and I design around those first.
What you get:
Document ingestion and chunking pipeline.
Vector database setup (Pinecone, Supabase, or similar).
OpenAI powered retrieval and grounded answers.
Chat widget or hosted chat link.
Source citations on every answer.
Send me the documents or links you want it trained on and I will give you the real scope before you order. Want to see it work first? Ask for a live demo link before you commit.

FAQ
What kind of documents can the chatbot learn from?
PDFs, Word docs, plain text, website pages, and FAQs. Send what you have and I will tell you if it needs converting first.
Will the chatbot make up answers if it does not know something?
No. A real RAG setup answers only from your content and says it does not know rather than guessing.
Where can the chatbot live?
Yes. You can add new documents after delivery and the chatbot updates from them. I can set this up so you manage it yourself.
Where can the chatbot live?
Most clients want a website widget. I also deliver it as a WhatsApp bot, a Slack bot, or just an API.
How is this different from a cheap no code chatbot?
No code tools usually skip real retrieval and just stuff your document into the prompt, which breaks as content grows. I build proper chunking and vector search instead.
