How many documents can you process?
Basic covers up to 20 documents, Standard up to 100 and Premium up to 500. Need more? Add the “Extra 50 Documents” extra, or message me for a custom quote on large volumes.
What file types do you accept?
Typed or scanned PDFs, JPG and PNG images, and phone photos of paper documents. Send me 1 sample and I’ll extract it free so you can check the accuracy first.
What output formats do I get?
Excel and CSV on every package. Google Sheets or a database sync is included from Standard. CRM, ERP or API output is in Premium, or as an extra on any package.
How accurate is the extraction?
Typed PDFs are usually near 100% accurate. For scans and phone photos, AI validation flags any unclear values for review, so nothing wrong slips into your sheet unnoticed.
Can you handle handwritten documents?
Yes, in most cases. Send a sample first and I’ll confirm the accuracy. Use the “Handwritten Docs” extra for these.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your documents are used only for your order and deleted after delivery. I never share or reuse client data, and I’m happy to sign an NDA.
Can this connect to my accounting software or CRM?
Yes. The Premium package includes the API integration, or you can add it as an extra. Tell me which system you use, and I’ll confirm it’s compatible before you order.
