Can you get my COA or test report for me?
We tell you exactly what to order, from which kind of accredited lab, and review the report before submission so it is not rejected on format. We do not run lab tests ourselves.
Do you guarantee approval?
No, and no one legitimately can. We guarantee a complete, correctly formatted submission and the resubmissions included in your package if the first attempt is rejected.
Which categories do you cover?
Any US category with a gating or document requirement. Supplements, beauty, grocery, toys, pet, jewelry and electronics are the most common. Message us with the category first.
Do you need access to my seller account?
Usually not. You submit from your account and we prepare everything. If you would rather we walk you through it live, a 30-minute screen share is available as an extra.
When does the 48 hours start?
The clock starts once we have everything we need: the Amazon notice or category name, label photos and the documents you already have. Missing something? We'll tell you right away, and the 48h starts when it arrives.
