I will do cost estimation, materials take off and pricing

In this project, I was solely responsible for the complete structural estimation and material takeoff from start to finish. Working from architectural and structural drawings, I accurately quantified all required materials and labor for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcements, and formwork.

Scope of Work:

• Reviewed full set of structural plans (PDF/CAD)
• Performed detailed quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift
• Estimated materials including concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork, and embeds
• Prepared a well-organized Excel report with breakdowns by structural element and floor level
• Included allowances for construction waste and laps
• Ensured compliance with project specifications and U.S. construction standards

This project demonstrates my ability to manage and deliver accurate structural estimates independently, ensuring clarity, completeness, and bid competitiveness.
