I apply Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles across various production methods:
a. Sheet Metal Forming 3D reconstruction with correct bend allowances, flat patterns, and weld assemblies for stamping or laser cutting.
b. Die Casting & Injection Molding CAD redesign with proper draft angles, ribs, parting lines, and fillets for tooling preparation.
c. Machining & CNC Fabrication Parametric modeling with precise tolerances, hole features, and GD&T ready for milling or turning.
d. Extrusion & Structural Components Recreate or optimize extruded profiles and assemblies for aluminum or polymer fabrication.
e. Any Metal Fabrication.
