Feb 2021 - Present • 5 yrs 8 mos
Senior engineer at Chaldal, a Y Combinator backed online grocery delivery company serving 100k+ customers. I design, build and run production systems across logistics, operations and marketing. Highlights: - Tech lead for an in-house geocoding and address-matching system that verifies 1,500-3,000 addresses a day. LLM-assisted matching raised accuracy by 40% and removed paid map API costs. - Built a perishable-goods supply chain: vendor bidding, sorting, warehouse distribution and wastage tracking. - Built a campaign engine that handles 100k-contact uploads through background workers. - Lead a customer-success CRM used by about 300 agents, where a lifecycle state machine builds daily call lists. - Run an LLM pipeline handling about 70,000 requests a day for personalised messages. - Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional projects. Stack: C#, F#, .NET, TypeScript, React, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis.
