I’m a remote construction estimator providing accurate material takeoffs (MTO) and quantity takeoffs (QTO) to help contractors bid confidently and plan projects with clear quantities. Key Duties and Responsibilities: *Conducting accurate quantity take-offs using SMM7, NRM1/2, POMI, CESMM4, ANZSMM and ARM5 standards. *Preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation in line with international best practices. *Developing detailed cost estimates and tender pricing, including rating BOQs, for projects in the UAE, KSA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. *Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between project costs and deliverables. *Applying value engineering principles to enhance cost-efficiency and project performance. *Consistently achieving project targets and meeting submission deadlines. *Ensuring strict adherence to international standards in quantity surveying to deliver high-quality results. *Providing expert advice on cost planning and forecasting to support clients in making informed decisions during the design and pre-construction phases. *Mentoring and training junior quantity surveyors to enhance team capabilities and maintain a high standard of deliverables across all projects.
