Is this a one-time payment or does it renew monthly?
Basic (Quick Fix) is a one-time order for a single issue. Standard and Premium are ongoing monthly care plans that renew each month. You can use Subscribe to Save to set up automatic renewal and get a discount.
What access do you need to get started?
Your WordPress admin login and hosting or cPanel access. If you'd rather not share your main password, create a separate admin user for me and remove it whenever you like.
What if my site breaks between scheduled updates?
Monthly care plans include priority support. Message me any time something goes wrong and I'll get on it quickly, you're not waiting for a scheduled window.
Do you work with businesses like mine?
I work mainly with local service businesses, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, gas engineers and contractors, plus small business sites in general. If it runs on WordPress, I can maintain it.
I only have one problem, not ongoing work. What should I order?
Start with Basic (Quick Fix). It covers one specific issue: a bug, plugin conflict, layout problem or broken form. If you want ongoing cover afterwards, you can move to a monthly plan.
Do the care plans include SEO?
Premium includes local SEO tracking and a monthly performance report so you can see how your site is doing in search. Basic and Standard cover maintenance, security and fixes only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no long-term contract. You can stop a monthly plan whenever you like and I'll hand over anything you need from my side.
