What documents can the chatbot read?
Almost anything. PDF, CSV, Word (DOCX), Text files, Notion pages, and I can even scrape your entire website to use as training data.
Does it hallucinate (lie)?
I use strict "Temperature 0" settings and specific RAG architectures that force the AI to only answer if it finds evidence in your documents. If it doesn't know, it will say "I cannot find that information in your data."
Q: Can I embed this on my Wordpress/Shopify/Custom site?
Yes. For the Standard and Premium packages, I provide a code snippet (bubble) that you can paste into any website to make the chatbot appear in the corner.
Is there a monthly cost?
You will pay for your own OpenAI API usage (usually very cheap, <$10/month for small businesses) and Vector Database hosting (Pinecone has a generous free tier). I build the system; you own it.
