3D Cosplay Artist | Custom Armor, Patterns & Digital Costume Design
Fiverr • Freelance
Sep 2026 - Present • 1 mo
I work as a freelance 3D cosplay artist creating custom digital designs for cosplayers, makers, costume creators, and 3D printing enthusiasts. My work covers the complete design process, from interpreting character references and concepts to developing practical, build ready files for physical cosplay production. My main specialization is EVA foam cosplay armor and patterns, including wearable armor, helmets, masks, chest pieces, shoulder armor, gauntlets, leg armor, accessories, and other costume components. I focus on clean pattern layouts, logical part separation, accurate proportions, sizing, and construction friendly designs that are practical to cut, shape, assemble, and finish. I also create Pepakura templates, papercraft patterns, printable cosplay templates, and 3D cosplay models, working from character references, sketches, concept art, existing 3D models, or client ideas. Where required, I prepare models and patterns with organized parts, clear numbering, scaling, and layouts that make the construction process easier to follow. For fabric based costumes, I develop custom cosplay sewing patterns for clothing and costume components, considering measurements, proportions, seams, panels, and the intended construction method. I can also combine fabric patterns with EVA foam armor and 3D designed components to create a more complete cosplay system. My broader work includes cosplay helmets, masks, armor sets, props, accessories, wearable 3D designs, anime cosplay, gaming characters, fantasy armor, sci-fi costumes, superhero designs, original characters, and 3D printable cosplay parts. I pay close attention to the details that matter when a digital design needs to become a real costume scale, proportions, part separation, assembly, wearability, and the client's intended building method. My goal is not simply to create a good looking 3D model, but to provide practical files that a maker can confidently use for their cosplay project.
