A brief overview of your project, your team size, preferred PM tool (Jira, Asana, ClickUp etc.), current challenges and expected timeline. I'll gather everything else during our free discovery call.
Which project management tools do you work with?
I work with Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project, Notion and Google Workspace. If your team uses a different tool, message me and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it.
Do I need to already have a PM tool set up before ordering?
Not at all. I can set up your entire workspace from scratch as part of the engagement. Just let me know your preferred tool and I'll handle the rest.
Can you manage an already ongoing project or only new ones?
Both. I regularly step into projects mid-way to bring structure and clarity. I'll start with a quick project audit to understand the current state before diving in.
What if my project scope is larger than what's included in the Premium package?
No problem at all. Message me with your project details and I'll create a fully custom package tailored to your exact scope and timeline.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
