What if I don't know which process to focus on?
That's perfectly fine — the discovery call is designed to help us identify the right starting point. Many clients come in with a general sense that "things aren't working" and we narrow it down together.
Do I need to prepare documentation or process maps in advance?
No. It helps if you have them, but it's not required. Part of my job is to understand how things actually work, not just how they're documented.
