Joined when GuestGuru was an idea and a landing page. No users, no funnel, no positioning. My job was to build everything that sits between "we have a product" and "we have revenue." First problem: nobody understood what the product was. I repositioned it from a generic chatbot to an "AI receptionist" for short-term rental hosts — that single messaging shift changed the entire demand curve. Then I built the inbound engine from zero: SEO content, LinkedIn engagement, STR community presence, and CTAs built around demo bookings. No paid spend.
