What do I need to send you to get started?
Send your PCB file, board dimensions, a sketch or even a photo of your device. If you have a list of ports, buttons and screens, include it too.
Can you design an enclosure that fits my exact PCB?
Yes. I build the enclosure around your exact board size, mounting holes and connector positions so everything fits properly.
Which file formats will I receive?
You will receive STEP and STL files as standard. Technical drawings and renders are available in the higher packages
Will the design work for 3D printing?
Yes. I design with the right wall thickness and tolerances for FDM, SLA and SLS printing, or for CNC, sheet metal and injection molding if you prefer.
Can you make the enclosure waterproof?
Yes. I can add gasket grooves and sealing features suited to IP65 and IP67 protection.
Do you only work from a PCB file?
No. I can also work from a sketch, measurements, a STEP file, or an existing physical enclosure that needs to be recreated in 3D.
