I will reverse engineering from 3d scan images stl obj to step solid cad model

About this gig
WELCOME!, i offer accurate, production ready CAD from a 3D scan?
I specialize in reverse engineering scanned parts and rebuilding them as clean, usable CAD for manufacturing, prototyping, and product development.
This is not an automatic mesh to STEP conversion service. I manually reconstruct the geometry based on scan data, design intent, fitment requirements, and the intended manufacturing process.
My Services include:
- 3D scan to CAD / reverse engineering
- Parametric and editable CAD reconstruction
- Automotive and mechanical parts
- Complex surface reconstruction
- Modification and redesign of existing parts
- Mounting tabs, clips, holes, bosses, and functional features
- CAD preparation for 3D printing, CNC, molding, and thermoforming
- STL / mesh repair and optimization
Deliverables can include STEP, IGES, Parasolid, STL, and SolidWorks files.
Please send your scan, reference photos, key dimensions, and project requirements before ordering. I will review the files and confirm the scope, price, and delivery time.
My focus is accurate, clean, manufacturing ready CAD rather than quick automatic conversions.

FAQ
What types of products can be reverse engineered?
Almost any physical component can be analyzed, including mechanical parts, consumer products, industrial components, tools, automotive parts, prototypes, and complex assemblies.
Do I need to provide the original CAD files?
No. Reverse engineering can be performed directly from the physical product or component. Existing drawings, photographs, measurements, or CAD files can be provided if available.
What equipment is used?
Depending on the project, techniques may include 3D scanning, photogrammetry, precision measurement, CMM inspection, manual measurements, and CAD modeling.
What will I receive after the process?
Deliverables can include 3D CAD models, 2D engineering drawings, dimensional reports, STL/STEP/IGES files, manufacturing drawings, and other documentation agreed upon for the project.
Can you recreate a discontinued or unavailable part?
Yes. Reverse engineering can be used to reproduce replacement parts when the original manufacturer no longer produces them or the original design documentation is unavailable.
