I design your 2D site plan and turn it into 3D aerial renders, so clients, investors and planning boards can see the whole development before it is built.
I am an architect with decades of site and master planning experience. The 3D views are built from the same 2D plan, so lots, roads, buildings and open spaces match exactly.

Do you design the layout or render my existing plan?
Both. I can design the site layout from your sketch or brief, or model and render a plan you already have. Tell me which when you message me.
Which 3D views are included?
Each package states the number of views. Aerial views show the whole site; eye-level views show entries, streets or amenities. You choose the angles.
What do you need to start?
Your site boundary (CAD, survey, PDF or a Google Maps screenshot), the site area, the buildings and amenities you want, and any style references.
Can you work without a survey?
Yes, for concept work. I can trace the boundary from Google Maps, but areas and distances stay approximate until a survey is available.
What files will I receive?
High-resolution JPG and PDF. Source files are included in Premium and available as an extra on Basic and Standard.
What counts as a revision?
One round of changes sent as a single list: colors, materials, planting or camera angles. A new layout after the plan is approved is quoted separately.
Are these permit or construction drawings?
No. They are concept and presentation drawings for marketing, investors and early planning discussions.
Do you render interiors or single houses?
This gig is for sites and master plans. For a single building or an interior, please message me before ordering.
