What is Claude Code, and do I need to already have it set up?
Claude Code is Anthropic's AI coding assistant/agent tool. You don't need it set up already, I can install and configure it from scratch, or work with what you already have.
I'm not technical, can I still order this?
Yes. Most of my clients aren't developers themselves. I handle the technical work and explain everything in plain language, plus give you a written summary of what was done.
What's the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic fixes or debugs an existing setup. Standard builds one custom AI agent for a specific task. Premium builds a full multi-agent automation system aimed at growing revenue or output. If you're unsure which fits, message me before ordering.
How long does delivery actually take?
Basic is delivered in 1–2 days, Standard in 4–5 days, and Premium in up to 7 days, depending on scope. I'll confirm an exact timeline once I understand your project.
Do you need access to my systems or accounts?
Only what's required for the specific task, for example, your Claude Code environment or a CRM like GoHighLevel if we're integrating one. I'll tell you exactly what's needed before starting, and you control access at all times.
What if the agent or automation doesn't work as expected after delivery?
I test everything before delivery, and revisions are included based on your package. If something isn't working as scoped, I'll fix it, my goal is a system you can actually rely on, not just a handoff.
Can you integrate this with tools I already use (CRM, email, etc.)?
In many cases, yes, including GoHighLevel and similar platforms. Message me with the specific tool and what you want connected, and I'll confirm feasibility before you order.
Will I be able to maintain or update the system myself after delivery?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a technical overview so you understand how the system works, not just a black box. I'm also available for ongoing support if you want it.
I have a custom or complex project, can you scope something outside these packages?
Yes, most Premium-level projects are customized. Message me with details before ordering and I'll confirm scope, timeline, and pricing as a custom offer if needed.
How do we communicate during the project?
