Implemented 15+ end-to-end machine learning solutions across classification, regression, NLP, and computer vision domains, selecting appropriate classical ML or generative AI approaches based on problem requirements, constraints, and trade-offs. Developed and refined prompts for LLM-powered applications using few-shot and instruction-based prompting techniques, while conducting offline evaluations and benchmarking to validate model performance before production deployment. Deployed models through FastAPI and Flask REST APIs as well as Streamlit dashboards, and maintained comprehensive documentation of experiments and workflows to ensure reproducibility, knowledge transfer, and seamless client handover.
