If your business runs on Google Workspace, the manual work can run itself.
I build Google Sheets and Apps Script systems that capture, process and send data so nobody has to copy and paste.
What I build:
- Email and enquiry handling with the Gmail API: parsing, template replies, follow-up lists
- Google Forms to Sheets workflows with approvals and email alerts
- Trackers and internal tools for orders, inventory, attendance, leave and tasks
- Scheduled reports to Google Docs, PDF or email, plus Looker Studio dashboards
- Integrations with Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Calendly, OpenAI and any REST API or webhook
- Python for heavier data processing and cleanup
Every build includes commented Apps Script source code, testing on your real data and a short handover guide. It runs in your own Google account, so there is no new monthly subscription.

FAQ
Do I need a paid Google Workspace account?
No. Apps Script runs on free Gmail accounts too. Workspace accounts get higher daily limits on emails sent and script run time, so I check your volumes against those limits before building.
Will it run when I'm offline?
Yes. Triggers run on Google's servers on a schedule (hourly, daily, weekly) or on events like a form submission or a sheet edit. Your computer doesn't need to be on.
Who owns the script?
You do. The code lives inside your sheet or your Google account, with no third-party subscription and nothing hosted on my side.
Can it connect to tools outside Google?
Yes, anything with an API: CRMs, accounting software, Slack, webhooks, and more. It also works across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Forms and Calendar. Some tools need an API key held in your name.
What if my sheet layout changes?
I build scripts to find columns by header name, not fixed column letters, so adding or moving columns won't break them. Bigger structural changes are covered by support.
Will it handle large sheets?
Up to a point. Google Sheets caps at 10 million cells and slows down well before that with heavy formulas. If your volume has outgrown Sheets, I'll tell you before you order and suggest where the data should live instead.
Can you fix a script someone else wrote?
Yes. Share a copy and I'll tell you whether it needs a repair or a rebuild before you order.
My data is confidential.
Share a copy with dummy values, or add me as an editor and remove my access after delivery. I'll sign an NDA if you need one.
