I will need access to your Salesforce org (preferably Sandbox), along with login credentials, modules to test, and any specific workflows or scenarios you want validated.
2. Do you test all Salesforce modules?
Yes, I can test standard and custom objects such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Please share your exact scope before ordering.
3. Do you perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)?
Yes, I perform UAT based on your business workflows to ensure the system behaves as expected from an end-user perspective.
4. What deliverables will I receive?
You will receive a detailed QA report including: 1. Bug reports (Steps, Expected vs Actual) 2. Severity & priority 3. Screenshots and/or screen recordings 4. Clear recommendations for fixes
5. Do you test production org or sandbox?
Sandbox is highly recommended to avoid any risk. However, I can test production environments with limited scope if required.
