I do not guess. If a value is genuinely ambiguous, I flag it for you rather than silently picking one. That is the whole point of paying someone to do this instead of running find-and-replace yourself.

What file formats do you accept?
xlsx, xls, csv, tsv, Google Sheets links and ODS. If you have something else, message me first.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. I do not share, resell or republish client files, and I delete them after delivery on request. If your data is sensitive, mask personal columns before sending. I only need the structure to clean it.
I do not know how many rows I have. Which package do I need?
Send a screenshot. I will tell you the row count and which package fits before you order.
Can you clean data in a language other than English?
Yes. Turkish and most European languages are fine, including accented characters that usually break in other tools.
What if the result is not what I wanted?
Tell me what is off and I will fix it within the revision count of your package. I would rather revise than have you accept something you cannot use.
