You need to provide me hosting information/ WordPress login information ( whichever applicable), your logo, an outline of your website, content, etc
Do you accept payments outside of fiverr or do business outside of fiverr ?
Not at all because that's against Fiverr's TOS, and you have to hire me through Fiverr only.
Can you make custom websites based on my requirement ?

Can you transfer Wix/Joomla/HTML/Squarespace/Shopify sites to wordpress ?

No, you will have to provide me that, I cannot buy hosting & domain on your behalf. But I can help you out to buy good hosting or suggest some good hosting providers like (Bluehost, A2hosting, Siteground) etc
If i provide theme, will you reduce your gig price for me ?
No, It doesn't matter if you provide theme or not, my prices are independent of any material you give me, because I charge to create your website based on your content and theme is included in that, if you don't have theme, then I can provide Premium themes for free which I have
Can you customize Wordpress theme and Plugins?
Yes, please send me a custom message with details which theme you want to customize and the modification you want to make then we can go from there
