It requires evaluation capabilities and that's what I bring on the table, as a REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS MANAGER , I manage everything from data to dialer, cold calling and acquisition services to disposition services as well.
My Acquisition Services include : Cold Calling to Sellers, Motivated seller leads pushed to CRM and then Offers and Negotiations for ( CASH, NOVATION AND CREATIVE FINANCE DEALS ) , Contracts sent as well.
My Disposition services include : Cold Calling to Buyers, List of buyers, Qualified buyer pushed to CRM and Transaction Coordination help while deals close for you.
Money turn around time : 45 days.
Contract turn around time : 2-3 weeks.
Please note , I am not providing just a lead here or there of real estate, I am providing motivated seller leads , lead generation and full operations of the real estate.
