What does the AI agent on my website actually do?
It answers visitor questions using your own documents, FAQs and pricing, captures leads, and hands over to you on WhatsApp or email when a human is needed. It does not make up answers outside your data.
Which technologies do you use to build the website?
Mostly Next.js and React with Node.js and Supabase, deployed on Vercel or your own hosting. The AI agent runs on modern LLM APIs with your data indexed for accurate answers. If you need WordPress or another stack, message me first.
Can the AI agent be connected to WhatsApp, my CRM or my calendar?
Yes. Website chat and lead capture are included. CRM, calendar or external API connections are available with the CRM API Integration extra or in the Advanced package. WhatsApp hand-off is included as a link. A full WhatsApp Business API setup is a custom offer, so message me first.
Do I need to provide the content and branding?
Yes, please share your logo, colors, text and images, plus the documents the AI agent should learn from (FAQs, price lists, policies). If you do not have content yet, tell me before ordering and I will advise what is needed.
Who owns the website and the AI agent after delivery?
You do. You receive the full source code and a handover guide. Running costs such as hosting, domain and AI API usage are paid by you directly to the providers, and I will help you set them up.
