Can the chatbot answer based on my website or documents?
Yes. I train it on your site, FAQs, PDFs, and docs using RAG, so it answers from your actual content instead of making things up. More accurate, fewer wrong answers.
Can you connect the chatbot with my CRM?
Yes — included in the Premium package, or as an add-on. I can push captured leads to your CRM, a webhook, Google Sheets, email, or Slack.
Can the chatbot collect leads?
