Hi, I am Mudasser. I build websites, API, apps and the systems behind them and I have done it for 17 years.
Most people come to me with one of two things: an idea they want built properly, or something that is already built and no longer works the way it should.

I build backends: APIs, databases, integrations and the admin tools around them, in c#, .NET, Java, SQL Server and PostgreSQL. 17+ years of it, including a subscription platform serving 1.2M monthly users that I built end to end on my own, and the platform behind sports products used by 25M+ people a month.
New build or existing system, I take it from data model to running in production. I also take on what already runs: something broken, something slow, or a codebase whose developer has moved on.
I diagnose before I prescribe, and I'll say plainly when you don't need a rewrite.

Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, that is a large part of my work. Send me the repository or a copy of the code and tell me what is broken or unfinished. I will tell you what I find before we agree on scope.
What do you need from me to start?
What the system has to do, in your own words, plus access to the code or database if it already exists. If you are starting from scratch, a short description of the screens and the users is enough.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Full source code with every order, and a short handover note so another developer can pick it up.
Do you build the design and the frontend too?
I build the backend, the API and the database, and I can build simple admin screens. For a polished consumer design, work with a designer and I will integrate it.
