About me
I validate mechanical designs before they get built, so the first prototype works. My background is shipped hardware: liquid-cooled power electronics, welded structures, and injection-molded housings. On a 200 kW cooling block, I found the real cause of a 30 °C module spread and brought it under 5 °C, cutting system failures 99%. On a 3.5-tonne shaft handler, I delivered an ANSYS fatigue and compliance package to AS4991/AS4100. I do structural FEA, thermal/CFD, and plastic part validation in ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL, and SolidWorks. Send me your CAD and the load case, and I'll scope it.
