Can I see a working demo before ordering?
Yes. Message me and I will share a live demo chatbot you can test yourself, plus a short Loom walkthrough of a real client build.
What do you need from me to start?
Your content (website link, docs or FAQs), access to the tools you want connected (CRM, calendar), and a short note on what the chatbot should handle. The order requirements form covers all of it.
Who pays for the AI usage costs?
You do, directly to the provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), so you keep full control of the account. I will give you a realistic monthly estimate before we start. For most small businesses this is quite low.
Can it book appointments and update my CRM?
Yes, that is the main difference in my builds. The agent takes real actions: booking appointments, capturing leads, looking up orders, and syncing contacts to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable or a custom CRM.
Can you deploy it on WhatsApp or my website?
Both. I deploy to website widgets, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger usually but can deploy on most of the platforms.
Will the chatbot make things up?
No. I build RAG chatbots that answer from your own content, so replies stay grounded in your data. When something is outside its knowledge, it says so or hands off to a human instead of guessing.
What happens after delivery if something breaks?
Premium includes 14 days of post-delivery support, and you can add 30 days of maintenance and monitoring as an extra. I do not disappear after delivery.
