Each package includes a cleaned Excel workbook, the original records, a change log and a list of missing or conflicting values for review.
Typical work includes trimming extra spaces, standardizing agreed labels, checking required fields and removing exact duplicate rows when approved. Conflicting IDs and unclear dates are flagged rather than guessed.

What counts as one item, and what files do you accept?
One item is one data row, excluding the header. Send XLSX or CSV. Basic: 1 file/100 rows/10 columns/3 rules. Standard: 1 file/500 rows/15 columns/5 rules. Premium: up to 3 files with the same schema, 1500 total rows/15 columns/5 rules.
How do you handle duplicates, missing values and unclear dates?
I preserve original records and remove only approved exact duplicate rows. Conflicting IDs, missing values and ambiguous dates are listed for your review. I do not invent missing facts or merge conflicting records without your instructions.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers corrections against the rules agreed for the original supplied data. New files, extra rows or new rules are additional scope and must be agreed before work. Delivery includes an Excel workbook with originals, cleaned records, exceptions and a change log.
