Plan and oversee all daily production operations to meet quantity, quality, and delivery targets. Develop and follow monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in coordination with Sales and Planning departments. Manage, assign tasks to, and supervise production teams, supervisors, and workers while ensuring discipline and schedule adherence. Monitor product quality and enforce quality standards and industrial Manage raw material and finished goods inventory in coordination with Procurement and Warehouse teams. Resolve immediate production issues (machine breakdowns, material shortages, delays, etc.) and make quick decisions. Train, develop, and motivate workers to improve efficiency and productivity. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production performance, efficiency, costs, and issues. Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Quality, Maintenance, HR). Ensure full compliance with governmental regulations, labor laws, and environmental standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production/Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration/Commerce (Production Management preferred). Minimum 8–15 years of experience in industrial production management (preferably in ready-made garments, furniture, upholstery, or similar manufacturing industries). At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role (Production Manager or Senior Production Supervisor). Proficiency in production planning tools (ERP, advanced Excel, MRP software). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure. Solid knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety. Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination skills. Residence in [required city] or willingness to relocate.
