Plan and oversee all daily production operations to meet quantity, quality, and delivery targets. Develop and follow monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in coordination with Sales and Planning departments. Manage, assign tasks to, and supervise production teams, supervisors, and workers while ensuring discipline and schedule adherence. At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role (Production Manager or Senior Production Supervisor). Proficiency in production planning tools (ERP, advanced Excel, MRP software). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure. Solid knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety.
