Need to turn a supplier Excel or CSV into a Shopify-ready product file?
I will clean, map, deduplicate, and validate your product data against the Shopify template you provide.
Typical checks include:
SKU presence and duplicate detection
price and numeric formatting

variant/spec fields when the source is clear
blank or conflicting values
before/after row counts
You will receive:
an import-ready CSV/XLSX file
a change log
a QA summary
an exception list for anything that needs your confirmation
I do not guess missing SKU, price, inventory, variant, category, or other product facts, and I do not make changes to your live Shopify store.
Standard orders cover one supplier file and one target Shopify template. Please send a sample before ordering if your file is unusually structured, formula-heavy, larger than the package limit, or involves PDF/OCR, scraping, APIs, or multiple suppliers.

Will you upload the file to my Shopify store?
No. This Gig prepares and validates the import file. I do not change your live store.
What if some SKU, price, inventory, or variant data is missing?
I will not guess it. I flag it in the exception list so you can confirm the correct value.
Can you work from my supplier Excel file?
Yes, if it is structured XLSX or CSV data. Send the supplier file plus the exact Shopify target template you want populated.
Do you handle PDFs, images, scraping, or APIs?
Not in the standard packages. Please send a sample first for a separate quote.
