Working from a pluralistic counselling approach. A holistic and flexible way of working that recognises there is no single path to healing or growth. Every person is unique, and what helps one individual may not help another in the same way. The Pluralistic approach honours this individuality by drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, primarily using person centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT), psychodynamic and solution focused practices. It is my belief that true healing comes from the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of our lives fulfilling us in the way we need. Therefore, we will collaboratively explore your inner & outer world from an emotional, cognitive and somatic perspective to find what most deeply resonates. Sessions may focus on gentle reflection or inner dialogue; others may invite grounding, body awareness, or activities to challenge your thoughts and behaviours. The process unfolds organically, guided by your rhythm and readiness. Pluralistic counselling sees healing as a co-created journey, one that respects both the importance of evidence-based methods and the wisdom of your own intuition. It’s less about fixing and more about remembering: finding balance, authenticity, and the connection to yourself. https://yourcallingjourney.com/counselling

High quality, affordable counselling services where I worked with clients of varying ages from 20-45 years dealing with topics across the board. Provided a safe, compassionate space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, I facilitated my clients gaining a better understanding of their patterns, release what no longer served them, and reconnected with themselves and others. Feedback from one client was that they had seen many mental health professionals before but had never felt truly listened to until now.
