As a Clinical Supervisor, I shadow students in their student teaching portion of their teaching degree for an online college. Together we review lesson plans before and after lessons are given in the classroom. I review video lessons and leave extensive comments on the observation evaluation so that the student may better their teaching abilities. We have continuous meetings throughout their student teaching so we may keep them on track for graduation.
