If I hire you to ghostwrite my script, who gets the credited as Writer?
You do! Ghostwriting is just that -- I act as a 'ghost' in the process and you maintain all writing credit. Your name gets put on the front cover and you have full license to sell or produce the script and maintain all potential royalties.
If I hire you to ghostwrite my script, will I be able to sell it?
In the spirit of full disclosure I can't guarantee that. I've read tons of brilliant scripts over the years that just haven't found the right producer & so one can never know for sure. But I will guarantee I'll deliver a script that will be strong enough to get into contests & open doors for you.
