for Frontend i use Next Js which is the most popular library for React. For styling I use Tailwind CSS. For backend I usually go with nodeJS and mongodb or NEXT JS Route Handlers which is a functionality that lets you create API routes right within your website without need for a separate Backend

No. I can implement the design you send through Figma, PDF, AdobeXD. I will need clear specifications about what is required if the exact design is not available.

I work by giving updates every day or two. Depending on the project you will be shared with a staging link to view the status of your website.
