I will draft nonresidential xactimate estimate within 72 hours

I will prepare a commercial repair estimate. The assignment queue is checked on a daily basis Monday to Saturday.

I tailor estimates to the needs of each client.

Unless otherwise instructed, my estimates are be drafted as follows:

1. Separate coverage is used for Water Mitigation line items while Repair line items remain under Dwelling coverage
2. Overhead & Profit (10/10) is removed from Water Mitigation line items as some carriers require. This also applies to roof-only estimates.
3. A depreciation of 3 years is applied to repair/replace items.
