What do you need from me to get started?
Just send me your hand-drawn sketch, an old PDF blueprint, or reference images. Please make sure to include at least a few basic dimensions (like the overall length and width of the building or rooms) so I can scale the CAD drawing accurately!
My hand drawn sketch is very messy and hard to read. Can you still work with it?
Absolutely! As long as the general layout is visible and you can provide a couple of key measurements, I can transform your messy sketch into a clean, professional, and easy-to-read CAD drawing.
Do you provide the AutoCAD source file (.DWG)?
Yes! The AutoCAD source file is included in the Standard and Premium packages. If you are purchasing the Basic package, you can easily add the source file at checkout as a "Gig Extra.
Can I use these drawings to get city building permits?
I provide highly detailed, professional architectural layouts. However, building codes vary by city, state, and country. While my drawings are excellent for the planning process, you may still need a local licensed architect or structural engineer to review and "stamp" the plans before submitting
