Yes, please contact me before ordering, especially if you need to send a physical product. We can discuss your brief, product delivery, package and timescale before the order begins.
What types of brands do you create content for?
I create content for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, family, home and pet brands. If your brand falls outside these areas, please message me as I may still be a great fit.
Do I need to provide a script?
You can supply your own script or key talking points. Scriptwriting is included in my Standard and Premium packages and can be added as an extra to the Basic package.
Can I request changes to my video?
Yes. Revisions cover reasonable editing changes based on the original brief. Completely new concepts, scripts or reshoots may require an additional fee, so please provide all essential details before filming begins.
Are usage rights included?
Yes, each package includes three months of usage rights. If you would like to use the content for longer, additional usage rights can be purchased as an extra.
Will you return the product after filming?
Products are normally retained after filming. If an item must be returned, please discuss this with me before ordering. The buyer will be responsible for arranging and covering return postage.
