Will you update my premium (paid) plugins and themes?
Yes, I will update any plugin or theme you have installed. Important: You must own a valid license for premium items. I only handle the technical update process.
Do you create a backup before making any updates?
Absolutely. I always create a full backup of your website before touching anything. If an update causes an error or crash, I will immediately restore your site to the previous working version.
Will your maintenance work slow down my website?
Just the opposite. "Speed optimization" is included. I clean up your database, check caching settings, and optimize images to make your site faster and more efficient than before.
What if my site gets hacked while under your maintenance plan?
I offer a security guarantee. If a hack happens due to outdated plugins or my negligence, I will clean and restore your site for free. If it's due to a weak admin password you didn't change (despite my recommendation), I'll help at a small extra fee.
Can you fix a site that is already hacked or infected?
Yes, but that is a separate malware removal service. My monthly maintenance is for prevention. If your site is already compromised, please order my "Malware Cleanup" gig first, then subscribe to my maintenance plan.
What access do you need from me?
To work efficiently, I need: WordPress admin login (username & password) Hosting / cPanel access (or FTP) I use an encrypted password manager and delete all your data after the month ends unless you renew.
Do you use automatic update plugins?
No. I perform manual updates on a staging (testing) environment first. Automatic updates often break websites. You get a real person who checks every single update before it goes live.
Will I receive a report of what you did?
Yes. After each monthly cycle, you'll receive a short PDF report including: What was updated Security status Backup size & location Performance recommendations (if any)
Why do I need to message you before ordering?
Because I need to quickly check your hosting type, PHP version, and the number of active plugins. Some poorly coded or overloaded sites require a custom price. Message me first — I'll review your site and send you a personalized offer with the best solution for your business.
