How do you approach the design process?
My process begins with understanding your brand, target audience, and industry. I then brainstorm ideas, sketch concepts, and create digital drafts. After presenting initial designs, I refine based on your feedback to finalize the perfect logo.
What is the delivery time?
The standard delivery time is 3 days, depending on the package you choose. Larger packages with more concepts and refinement may take slightly longer. We prioritize quality and client satisfaction over speed.
How many designs are included?
Our design packages range from 1-5 initial concepts depending on the package selected. This range allows for diverse creative options without overwhelming you with choices.
What if I don't like any of the initials concepts?
If the initial concepts don’t resonate, I will gather more feedback from you and provide additional designs within scope. My goal is to create a logo you love, based on clear feedback from you and your team.
What file types are included?
You’ll receive your logo in various formats including .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, and .JPG, suitable for both print and digital use.
Will I own the copyrights for my selected design?
Yes. Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive downloadable digital files of your logo design. With the completion of your project, you become an owner of the copyright for your logo design.
Can I add new information later on?
Changing crucial parts of the brief once I have created a few designs is not an option as it will cancel all the work created so far. Please take your time and fill in the brief as accurately as possible and if you have any questions, please message me before submitting the brief.
Can you share the font name and color codes used in the logo?
Yes. For finalized designs, I can share the font name and basic color codes upon request. For a more complete and professional handover, I recommend adding Brand Guidelines, which include clear rules for logo usage, color palettes, typography, spacing, and basic brand consistency.
Are there any hidden or additional fees after placing the order?
No. You will get all features as mentioned in your purchased package (initial concepts & revisions) without paying any extra. You are able to purchase additional services, extra revision rounds, etc (if required) at any time during the project.
