What do you need to provide to get started?
You need to provide the image/s in a common format (such as JPG, RAW, PNG, TIF etc.... ) A decent quality image will give you a great result. Low quality/resolution images are hard to do in HD quality. Please provide clear instructions for the image edit so that I can provide the expected result.
Do you create illustrations, drawings or 3D designs?
No I don't do illustrations, drawings or 3D designs. I only do photo/image editing and 2d graphic designs such as banners, headers etc...
What do you have to do after placing an order?
As soon as you place the order: Please double check if you have attached the image/s correctly. If you have provided a link to download the image, please double check if they are working properly. Also check if you have provided all the necessary instructions for the job.
Do you have/own stock images?
Unfortunately no. I mainly work on client provided images. If you like a particular stock image, please purchase and send it to me when placing the order.
What if your requirement is not listed in my list of services?
You can simply contact me via inbox and send me the details. I will check and if the task is feasible I will send you a custom offer.
Can you make CAMERA PHONE or LOW RESOLUTION pictures into HD quality?
Unfortunately this doesn't work for most cases. The final quality solely depends on the original quality of the image. So please contact me without placing the order for low quality or mobile camera images so I can check the quality.
Do you offer super fast delivery?
Yes. You can select my Super Fast option to have the job completed within 6-12 hours or you can select my VIP option to take your order into the first spot in my queue.
