About this Gig
Getting a new provider enrolled is the step that stops a practice from billing. Until the paperwork clears, every appointment with that clinician is revenue you cannot collect.
I handle payer enrollment and credentialing start to finish: building or cleaning up your CAQH profile, assembling the application each payer requires, submitting through their portal, and following up until a decision is issued. You get a status update on every application rather than silence.
What I can do for you:
- Medicare and Medicaid enrollment
- Commercial payer enrollment (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and others)
- CAQH profile setup, attestation and ongoing maintenance
- Revalidation and demographic updates for existing providers
- Group and individual NPI registration where needed
- A tracking sheet showing every application status
I work US hours and stay on top of payer follow-up so applications do not stall. Send me your provider details and the payers you need and I will tell you how long it should take.
Note: payer processing times are set by the payer. I commit to accurate submission inside the delivery window and to chasing every application until a decision comes back.

FAQ
Which payers can you enroll a provider with?
Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Send me your payer list and I will confirm coverage before you order.
Do you need my CAQH login?
Yes. Enrollment runs through CAQH and the payer portals, so I need access to submit and to check status. I use it only for your applications.
What if a payer rejects an application?
I correct and resubmit at no extra charge. Rejections are usually missing documentation or a mismatch between your NPI record and the application.
