Where are you based?
Our studio is in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.
Do I need to send the products to you to take photos?
Yes. To start the project, we will need a real sample from your supplier.
Do you provide models and lifestyle scenes?
Yes. We can arrange Western, Asian, adult, child, and hand models depending on your product and creative direction. We also provide real lifestyle sets, AI-assisted compositing, and licensed stock-image compositing. Model and special location costs vary by project, so please contact us before order
Will you return my product?
If the shipping cost is less than $15, we will send the product back for free. If you wish for the product to be sent to you it must be with prepaid return. I hold products a maximum of 30 days.
Are the photos Amazon ready?
Yes, all the photos comply with amazon image guidelines and are ready to upload.
