What is included in each package?
Basic: cleanup, noise removal, voice detection, 1 track up to 5 min, WAV. Standard adds audio analysis and a forensic report, 3 tracks, 15 min. Premium adds authentication, voice identification, timestamps and 5 tracks.
Can you make unclear speech easier to understand?
Yes. I reduce noise and raise speech clarity. I never add or invent words. Parts that stay unclear are marked as unclear instead of guessed.
Can you tell if my recording was edited?
Premium checks for cuts, splices and signs of tampering and reports the findings. Results depend on file quality, since compressed or re-recorded files can limit what can be shown.
Can I use the report for legal or investigative use?
The report lists findings, methods and timestamps. Courts and agencies set their own evidence rules, and expert testimony is not part of this gig.
Which audio formats can I send?
WAV gives the best results. MP3, M4A and audio from video files also work. Send the original file, not a copy re-recorded from another device.
Can you tell me who is speaking?
Premium includes voice identification. I compare the voices in your samples and report the findings. Send a clear sample of the known voice for comparison.
My recording is long or has several speakers. What should I order?
Packages follow tracks and length: 1 track and 5 min, 3 tracks and 15 min, 5 tracks and 30 min. For longer files, message me for a custom offer.
Is my audio kept private?
Your files are used only for your order. Ask me to delete them after delivery and I will.
Can you work on audio from a video or CCTV file?
Yes. Send the video and I work on its audio track. If you need the cleaned audio synced back to the video, message me for a custom offer.
