FAQ
Do you work on Windows and Mac?
Yes, I work with OBS Studio on both. Tell me your system and OBS version when you message me, and I will confirm everything works before you order.
How do we connect to fix it?
I can join by screen share, or send step-by-step instructions with screenshots if you prefer. Screen share is usually faster. Tell me which you want.
Do I need to buy anything?
Not for a basic fix or setup. If your camera, microphone or internet is too weak for a stable stream, I will tell you honestly, and you decide whether to upgrade.
What if the issue isn't fixed after delivery?
Tell me and I will keep working on it within your order's revisions. If it's caused by something outside OBS, like your hardware or internet, I'll tell you clearly and suggest what to change.
Can you set up my vertical 9:16 stream for Whatnot?
Yes. I set up a vertical canvas, scenes, camera and audio so your stream displays properly. Platform requirements can change, so I follow Whatnot's current streaming settings.
Can you make custom overlays, break boards and scoreboards?
Yes. Premium includes branded scenes and one custom graphic. For more graphics or complex designs, message me and I will send a custom offer.
Can you help before my live show?
Yes. Choose fast delivery, or message me your show time so we can plan around it. For show-day support, ask about the standby extra.
What do you need from me to start?
Your OBS version, your system, your camera and mic, and a short description of what's going wrong. For branded scenes, also send your logo and colors.
