Many users like Agents or Executives spend most of the day in Zoho handling overdue activities. The good practice is at the end of the day to move open activities to the future while working on Leads and Deals but it requires training and some times change of habits which is very hard.
And also the Leads conversion moment is many times decided from convenience keeping Leads that should have been converted long ago without doing it, or converting them before time just to meet quotas.
By ordering this GIG all follow up activities will be created and completed by Blueprints based on Status in Leads and based on Stages in Deals/Opportunities, allowing regular users to dedicate all their time to what they have to do. And by ordering the Standard or Premium package also the Conversion will be automated.
Each package includes certain amount of hours enough for most cases but if you have complex processes let me know to do some documentation and get a better approach of hours required.

Do we need to work together?
If the process your users have to follow is simple, it may be ok for you to send me a document explaining it. Otherwise, we can connect and share the screen in Zoom meetings to get the job done together.
What if something new comes up that was not included in the beginning?
I can put some time for extra short tasks. If something new comes up and requires hours to get done I'll explain and we may need an additional GIG.
Can we keep working in a regular basis after the project is done?
Yes, during the process of completing the project we can discuss to keep working together and the conditions.
Are there projects to show and more reviews or feedback from other customers?
Yes, you can check my Portafolio to see projects I've done and also you can check other GIGs to see more feedback.
How long it will take to finish my project?
We estimate a delivery time up to 3, 7 or 14 days depending on the selected package, some days may be needed to gather information, to get into meetings and reviews, etc. Still, it can be far less days if we have all needed. Also you can add the Extra fee to finish in half that time 2, 3 or 7 days.
Can we do Blueprints in other Zoho Apps?
Yes, we can do Blueprints in Zoho apps other than CRM like Desk, Recruit, Projects, etc.
What if I have no Zoho yet?
