I spent years as a Customer Success Manager in enterprise tech, helping businesses run more efficiently. That work led me into automation. I kept seeing teams spend hours on tasks a system could handle, so I taught myself to build that system.
Using n8n, Claude AI, and Supabase, I built a full automation stack for my own business that runs daily with no manual work. That's the experience I bring here, not theory, something I actually built and use.
