What exactly will I receive in the final report?
You will receive a structured PDF or Excel document. It includes an Executive Summary of my experience, a Bug Log with clear steps to reproduce every issue, Annotated Screenshots, and (for Standard/Premium) a Screen Recording highlighting UX friction points.
Which devices and browsers do you use for testing?
I test on real hardware to ensure accuracy. This includes Windows 11 and MacOS (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) for desktop, and both iOS and Android for mobile. I do not use emulators, as they often miss real-world bugs.
Can you test my app if it hasn't been released on the App Store yet?
Yes! For iOS, you can invite me via TestFlight. For Android, you can provide the APK file or invite me to your Google Play Console testing track. For websites, all I need is the URL (and login credentials if it is password-protected).
Do you also provide suggestions for UI/UX improvements?
Absolutely. Beyond finding technical bugs, I analyze the "user flow." If a button is hard to find or a process feels confusing, I will provide specific, actionable advice to make your product more intuitive and user-friendly.
