I am François and would be happy to assist you with the administration of your Zoom meetings (the technical part of them). I specialize in ensuring your high-ticket live Zoom classes are 100% tech-error free, handling the production while you focus on coaching.
I will:
- Plan your meetings and create the invitation links with or without registration requirement.
- Start the meeting 30 minutes earlier without charging you extra money.
- Create a waiting room with your custom logo.
- Play pre-recorded content during the event.
- Moderate the whole session (mute\unmute microphones, enable participants to share their screen, have polls taken, spotlight speaker, take screenshots etc)
- Create breakout rooms.
- Create a virtual background that contains the company logo and name.

Have you moderated a virtual conference before?
I had been moderating at least 2 zoom meetings each week during the pandemic. I now have many "flight hours" on my resume :-) Webinars, seminars, workshops, you name it, i have done it. So don't worry. I got your back.For some of the other meetings i have moderated feel free to check the reviews.
Do i need to have my own Zoom paid plan?
No, you don't need to have your own Zoom paid plan.
How are you going to setup everything since you are going to use my zoom subscription?
It's ok. There are 2 possible setup methods 1) If you have an available licenced user except from your self you can temporarily replace him with me and give me an admin role. 2) You change your password, send me the new credentials and once the event is finished, you rechange your password.
